Check-In/Check-Out:Foxberry Inn - picnic tables

  • Check-in Time: 3:00 pm. We will be happy to accommodate late check-ins but please notify us in advance.
  • Check-out Time - 11:00 am.
  • Two people per room only.
  • Parking available for one vehicle per room accommodation.
  • Bike racks on premises

 


Cancellation Policy:
  • Each canceled reservation will be charged a $25 processing fee.
  • Reservations canceled greater than 21 calendar days of arrival date will be refunded in full minus the processing fee.
  • Reservations canceled at or within 21 calendar days of arrival date will only be refunded in full minus the processing fee, provided we are able to re-book each room for the full duration.
  • Reservations canceled at any time during the months of June, July, August, and September, in addition to all major holiday and special event periods, are NON REFUNDABLE.  In the event, we are able to re-book your room(s) for the entire booking duration, you will receive a refund minus the processing fee.
  • There are no refunds for early departures or shortened stays.

Rates by Season:

  • Off Season*: May 1 - May 23, 2010
  • In Season: May 24 - September 7, 2010
  • Off Season*:  September 8 - November 1, 2010
    *Holidays and Special Weekends:  In Season rates apply. 
  • Advance reservations require 50% deposit of total stay plus 9.7% MA room tax
  • Reservations made within 21 days of arrival date require 100% deposit plus 9.7% MA room tax
  • Sorry, no checks for balances due unless paid 2 weeks in advance of arrival.
  • Rates are subject to change

No Smoking:

  • We have a strict No Smoking policy on premises. Failure to adhere to the no smoking policy will result in a $300 room cleaning charge.

Children:

  • Regrettably, we do not accept children under the age of 16.

No Pets:

  • Though we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets in our rooms.  If you must travel with your pet we recommend boarding them at either of the two excellent pet boarding facilities in Provincetown.
